Backend-specific questions
Why not just use Zapier / Make?
For 3 steps and light traffic, do. For 20 steps, conditional logic, error handling, and real volume — Zapier becomes your bottleneck. We often keep Zapier for edge flows and replace the hot path with code.
Can you work with our existing system?
Almost always yes. We read code, set up local dev, and extend — not rewrite. Rewrites only when the existing code is genuinely blocking growth.
