AI SUCCESS s.r.o. is committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Contact details (email, phone number)
  • Data on how you use our services

2.1 Visitor analytics and the chat demo

  • We measure visits with Umami, without cookies; it doesn’t store IP addresses or track individual visitors.
  • Questions typed into the chat demo are processed by Claude, a service of Anthropic; we don’t store them.

2.2 The AI assistant chat

  • The chat on this website is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. The answers are written by Claude, a service of Anthropic.
  • We store the conversation (in a database in the European Union) so that we can answer you, handle your request and improve the assistant’s answers.
  • If you leave your name, email or phone number in the chat, we store them with the conversation and use them only to get back to you.
  • After a few questions the chat asks for your name and phone number. It doesn’t carry on without them; we store them as a contact and use them only to get back to you.
  • The chat uses no cookies and we don’t store your IP address. So that the conversation continues on the next page, your browser keeps a random identifier in its local storage.
  • We keep a conversation for 6 months after its last message, and contact details for 12 months after they are left. After that they are deleted automatically.
  • You can ask us to delete a conversation or your contact details at any time, using the contact below.

We use your data to:

We have put appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
